Stylist - Rita Owen recently joined the Elite team with 21 years of experience in the beauty industry. She graduated from Haywood Community College where she studied Redken Product Knowledge and Pivot Point Design. She is loves serving her existing clientele and is excited to meet new clients as she continues her career at Elite.
